CONTROL ROOM
Canyon Protection Services provides the planning, supply, installation and maintenance of the control room equipment. If required we can supply trained operators for a variety of control rooms ,such as safety and security or incident control rooms, or a combination of control rooms. In doing so we can provide reporting and maintenance as and when incidents occur.
Our control room operators ensure that your control room is expertly administered, generating regular camera status reports to ensure that all hardware is fully operational at all times.
We guarantee that comprehensive online reporting, of all incidents will be logged on our data management system, allowing you to draw reports at any time. This will enable easy identifying of trends and searches for incidents.
Not only will we manage your control room, but should you require us to, we would ensure the maintenance of control room equipment, CCTV, wireless infrastructure and access control systems (SLA).
You will receive regular reports, which are securely stored for your convenience on our online data management system. These reports are available on a 24/7/365 basis.
